Whitney had her Thanksgiving program at school. They were the Indians! They came in the auditorium and sang some songs...or most of the kids sang some songs! Sweet Whit coming in with her class before she spotted me!
She was very reluctant to leave me and go back with her teacher, but as you can tell Mrs. Britton loves Whitney and takes good care of her!
Here are the 2s 3s and 4s on stage singing...or looking sad. Depends which kid you look at! :)
This is what Whitney did the entire time she stood on the stage.
Then they sang as just their own classes so everyone walked off the stage. She came over to me and when she had to go back up she was NOT happy...bless her!
Back in her classroom we had a feast. She was sitting by her friend Charlotte! I wish you could hear Whitney say "Charlotte" because it is precious!
This was their table cloth. Each kid had a spot with their name and they had traced their hands. Whitney didn't color hers (she usually doesn't color things at school) but it was a sweet place holder!
I am thankful for Whitney's school and how much she loves it (most of the time) and the friends she is making. So far it has been a great transition for her!
