 One day when Whit and I were upstairs playing...she decided to put on this hat.  Hilarious!

 She made this sweet handprint snowman ornament at school!  I love it and she was so proud!

 Ryan was gone one night so I decided it would be so much fun to wrap his presents from the girls, turn on Christmas music and make some fun memories.  Well....we did all of that except maybe the "fun" of it.  I learned my lesson and will do this with each one individually next year (although the big girls got pretty good by the end of the Christmas season) Teaching them to do it was not fun to do all at one time.  It was frustrating for all of us.  What was I thinking?  At one point I look over and Whitney has cut a HUGE piece of paper off a roll.  Lindsey is getting so mad that I "taught her wrong" about folding the ends.  Courtney is wrapping by herself, but lord knows how much paper and tape she used on one present.  She's our "problem solver" but doesn't always use the most efficient way to solve a problem.  But, memries were made.  The girls seemed to have a decent amount of fun and his presents were wrapped...so somewhat of a successful night.

Whit had the best idea...just put your head in the bag and don't watch! Ha!

 One night we kept Wyatt for Jordan and Jana.  Bless his sweet heart.  They brought his dinner and he couldn't even eat a bite because these 2 were in his face!  He was so sweet, so quiet and just took all the action in.  I'm sure he went home and wondered where in the world they had taken him!  The girls backed off some and we had a good time with him!

 My friend from college, Bonnie, just moved to a new house the week before Christmas.  I know how stressful that can be and I haven't done it at Christmas.  The girls and I took dinner to them that first night and while we were getting the grand tour (as they were still unloading the truck) Thomas and Whitney found some cubbies that were just their size!  So fun!  Courtney and Caroline were off playing in Caroline's new room and loving being able to run around a basically empty house!

I surprised Lindsey one day and brought her lunch to school and was planning on eating with her.  As she passed me in the hall I told her and she crossed her arms and said, "I was supposed to eat with Miss Mitchell." So I asked if we could just come with her to her classroom.  We did and it was fun!

Amber was out of town and mom and dad were meeting Taylor for dinner at Marketplace.  The girls and I had been at Cintas visiting Santa so we joined them while Ryan stayed at work.  The girls adore Taylor and he cracks up at them.  I think he's not sure what to do with them and their girlyness sometimes!  He and Courtney just talked and talked.  It was hilarious.  It was nice for me to get to chat with mom and not be interrupted.  Whit wouldn't get in the pic, but she was there too.

Mawmaw and Papa took their grandkids to Build A Bear for part of their Christmas presents.  They were so excited to go!  I had to get a pic of them all loaded up!  I love this and am thankful for days like this with family!

Stockings and Breakfast

 Christmas morning we told the girls they couldn't wake us up before 6:30.   Ryan and I set our alarm for 6:20 because we KNEW they would be awake.  Sure enough...we heard them waking Whitney up.  They gathered in Courtney's room and waited until we said go.

Lindsey asked for a specific bike, Courtney asked for an American Girl doll, and Whitney wanted a baby with a paci.  Looks like Santa delivered!

 Opening stockings...Lindsey wanted a new brush, but her big present was a new bike and helmet!

 Whitney wanted a "baby with a paci" and she got one!  She was MOST excited about the diapers.  She changed and changed and changed that baby's diaper!

 I played around with my camera trying to get a picture of the tree and lights...not professional, but still pretty.  I love our tree!

Then we made a new breakfast casserole and it is now our family favorite and will be made every Christmas I think.  So easy and so so so yummy!

We waited for MawMaw and Papa to come and eat breakfast.  YUMMY!

Christmas Morning

We had a wonderful Christmas!  I love the girls in their coordinating/matching pjs.  We bought some for Landon too, but he woke up and had a diaper leak so he wasn't able to wear them to our house.  Oh well...we have many years ahead of cousins matching pjs on Christmas!

 The girls delivered all the presents to whomever they belonged to....

 The girls each picked out a gift for eachother.  Mainly the big ones...whit didn't get in on that this year!  This game is what Courtney picked for Lindsey.  It's "Words With Friends" and she was so excited!  Perfect for her!

 The big girls got some Stompeez from Uncle Taylor and Aunt Amber and that made Whit want some...so we got them for her last min! :)  She was thrilled!

 Lindsey is very into legos and loves following the directions in the book and making something BIG.  She wanted this HUGE set so MawMaw came through and got it for her!

 Whitney is always wanting to play and dance on the Wii like the big girls, so I found this Dora/Nick Jr. preschool dance game.  It's pretty cute!

 Landon on the other hand got a lot of very boyish things...cars and trucks and motorcycles!

 The gift that Lindsey picked out for Courtney was a "big sis/little sis" necklace.  It was precious to watch Lindsey find just the right one that she and Courtney would both like.  Courtney was thrilled!

 This girl loves some hoops, but it is hard to find girly stuff with basketballs, so when I saw this at Justice MONTHS ago, I grabbed it up for her!  It has matching sweat pants too!

 There were a few gifts from us to all of them from us...

 Ryan loves to get the girls a big surprise and gotten them this ride on scooter.  They were surprised!

Love this but sometimes it's so hard to clean it up and figure out where all this stuff goes!

One of the "together" gifts for the girls was Super Mario Brothers (like the old school game) for the Wii.  Hmmm....notice who is playing...Ryan and Bill.  I think Court was in on this one and sometimes they were, but mostly Ryan and Bill played! Ha!

 Once Landon warms up to being at our house it's so cute to see them all play together.  He and Whit sat themselves in these little chairs and were having some kind of serious conversation.  I think she bribes him with food to come hang out with her!

 Landon got this basketball goal from Santa, sot they brought it over for him to have a new toy to play with at our house.  It was a big hit with everyone (notice Lindsey is in her new basketball sweatshirt and pants)
