Go Bulldogs!

We have become Bulldog fans. It is hard not to living here in Greenwood where it is so much apart of the community. Teaching seniors at church has made that even more part of our lives. Lindsey literally LOVES going to the games. She watches the game, the cheerleaders and loves to "make her rounds" through the section where we sit and know lots of people. Yes, she's that social. Where does she get that? ha! Here she and Ryan are before going to the first football game this season. Courtney couldn't go because she had a birthday party. So it was a fun night for these 2! The games are especially fun this year because Stephen (one of Ryan's boys and the one that he's the closest to and who spends many nights hanging out at our house) is the quarterback. Lindsey adores Stephen and knows his number and watches him!

Then there is the relationship between this little girl and her daddy. It makes me tear up even as I type this. There is just something there that I can't even describe. She literally adores him and it is the most precious thing to watch. Sometimes I am jealous and envy their relationship. Many days I've wondered how I'm missing out on that but would NEVER EVER EVER want it to be different for them. Sometimes I don't think Ryan even sees it, but I know he feels it. He's such and amazing dad to all of our girls. I love that Lindsey thinks that he hung the moon. As I've been involved in more weddings at church, I just think about the day that will come when our baby will walk down that aisle. Whoa! I just pray for that boy, that he can live up to the place that her daddy holds in her heart!
