Saturday we celebrated my dad's birthday with a lunch at Catfish Hole (best hushpuppies EVER). They brought him a plate of suckers and he got to blow out his candle! Mom had brought cupcakes, so we didn't have to eat a sucker for dessert! ha!
Then we got to go to a wedding shower for Amber and Taylor! It was her very first one! We were all so excited to go! It was a very simple, sweet shower!(we are going to have to work on Courtney looking at the camera before the wedding in Sept!--drives me CRAZY!)

Amber was so sweet letting the girls help and be right in the middle of it.
They got some great gifts! Silverware....

We gave them their pots and pans, but I didn't get a pic of those when she opened them. It made me even more excited for them to be married! Fun times! She has another shower in a few weeks that will be lots of fun for me because it is at FBC Bentonville, where I grew up!
